Mail Format in OWA (Exchange 2003)

Hi,

I've searched all over and I cannot find any information about chaning
the format of mail using OWA.  Does anyone know if there is there a
way to change the default mail format for OWA users to plain text? 
How does OWA send mail by default, rtf or html?
