You don't say what version of Exchange, but if you have E2k or E2k3 then
you can recover deleted mailboxes up to 30 days (by default, unless
you've changed this).  Go to the Mailboxes object in ESM, find the
mailbox, right-click and choose Reconnect.  If this option is greyed
out, you need to right-click the Mailboxes object and choose Run Cleanup

If you're talking Exchange 5.5, you need to restore from backup.
