Log's time is a few hours off

This isn't a real big thing, but it's got me banging my head against
while out of sheer curiosity.
My log file shows an email was received at 8:02:03.
In actuality, it was received at 3:02:03
Other log files I have, such as ISA server's logs, are also doing the
same thing.
Any idea what time it's going off of?
