We found out something interesting about that issue. If we put two ip address, it does delivery one message to the first IP address and the next message to the second one, and so on. If we put five IP address (the first fours the same IP address and the fifth another one IP address), the first four messages will be delivered to the first IP address and the fifth message to the second one, and so on. What does that mean? I can cost the deliver. 80% for the first IP address and 20% for the second one. Is it beautifil? No its not. Does it work? Yes, it does very well. And it have been working for us, because we have two IMC and two diferent sites. We did try 9 x 1, so we are getting 90% for the first one and 10% for the second one. Basically just at the forwarding to IP, key in multiple IP separated by a comma. Each IP will take turn. Quite good except can't set a cost for each IP. -----Original Message----- From: Devon Harding - GTHLA [mailto:DHarding@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, December 05, 2002 6:19 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] IMS forward hosts http://www.MSExchange.org/ Is it possible the have Exchange 5.5 IMS forward mail to multiple smart hosts as in Exchange 2000? _____________________ Devon Harding System Administrator Gilat Latin America 954-858-1600 dharding@xxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:dharding@xxxxxxxxxxxx> This e-mail is intended for the above named addressee(s), and may contain information which is confidential or privileged.
