You can't. I'd like to report that whitelisting as described in the
release notes for SP2 will avoid the issue, but it's never had any effect in
my testing. I haven't tested it in about 6 months so you might want to
give it a try just in case.
I generally advise internal mail generators use another identity in the SMTP
virtual server which doesn't have the IMF applied.
("another identity" means alternate/secondary IP address or different port.)

Subject: [ExchangeList] IMF SCL rating
I am using blat to generate alert emails, the emails contain only simple
text about temperature in my Transmitter shacks. The IMF filter sees them
as 7.8 on the SCL. Any ideas on how to lower the SCL rating?
