I need to uninstall Exchange

Three Dominions with confidence relation 
dominion ONE - Exchange 2000 SP3 (SERVER001) 
dominion TWO - Exchange 5,5 SP4 (SERVER002) 
dominion THREE - Exchange 5,5 SP4 (SERVER003), this Server is a PDC, only 
existing equipment in the dominion, and was the first Exchange that I settle in 
the organization.  
 
I need to uninstall Exchange 5,5 of dominion THREE, when in the servant the 
services of Exchange are stopped, the rest of the organization continues 
working correctly, when the servant extinguishes itself let communicate the 
rest of exchange.  
Exchange 2000 uses the account of Exchange 5,5 of dominion THREE to validate to 
exchange 5.5
