How to stop mails without originator in Internet Mail Connector's Queue?

Hi All,
Our exchange server is Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 on Windows NT
4.0 Server with Servis Pack 6a. In Internet Mail Connector's queue (Queue
Name is : Outbound messages awaiting delivery), there are always some mails
which have no originator. How can I stop this? Our server is not open to
relay.
