How to move mbx's between orgs

What tools are available to migrate mailboxes from an Exchange 5.5 sp3 org
to a mixed E5.5sp3/E2k org?
The mixed org was originally an NT4 domain and E5.5 servers.
We created a new Win2k domain and we joined the E5.5 org and installed our
E2k server into this org.
We are using the interorg replication utility to replicate Public folders
and free busy times and are using the ADC to provide a GAL and mail
routing
