Make sure the permissions are set correctly. The default permission should
be "contribute" at a minimum for anyone to be able to email the folder.

Great. Now have any of you successfully forwarded the postmaster emails
(NDR) to a public folder? Seems that I cant. Although the folder is mail
enabled, I can send to it via normal email from inside and
outside..weird, just weird.
