Hmm.. Good Question. I know how to do it if your using a blackberry enterprise 
server, how ever if your not then the only way I know how is, you'll have to 
export them using LDIF then painfully compile ( Remove the AD attributes ) a 
list of address into a CSV file, then re-import the into your Outlook Address 
book.

The other way is  that might work is using a tool called 
http://www.comaxis.com/ua.htm , I am sure there are other tools that work also.

One of my users would like to be able to import all the contacs from the
Address Book (set up in Exchange) into the Contacts in his Outlook.
