I had this issue when I tried to import contacts into a Windows XP user using
Outlook XP and POP. I had to manually key in the email address entry before
it would stop blanking it out. Never found a solution.

1st Scenario:

User is on Outlook, types in contact in To Field, uses Auto Complete to pull
up the contact. Contact is a group in Global Listing. User CCs someone from
the Global Listing. Sends out the email and only the person in the CC field
receives the email. Looked at sender's Sent folder for the email and the To
Field is empty.

2nd Scenario:

User is on Outlook, types in contact in To Field, uses Auto Complete to pull
up contact. This time contact is one person in Global Listing. User CCs the
group from Global Listing. Sends out the email and only the group in the CC
field receives the email. Looked at sender's Sent folder for the email and
the To Field is empty.

Not sure why this is happening, has anyone seen this before?

Regards,

John
