Hi,
If you you go: Help --> About in Internet Explorer, it will tell you
what cipher strength you are using. You don't need IIS on the clients.

We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook Web Access to access our mail from a
secured site. I get the above error message when I try to access my
mails with OWA. Attached also is the error page.
I have upgraded the Internet explorer to version 6 from version 5.
Please how can this problem be solved. I have visited the microsoft
site, it gives the following solution:
We strongly recommend that all users upgrade to Microsoft Internet
Information Services (IIS) version 6.0 running on Microsoft Windows
Server 2003. IIS 6.0 significantly increases Web infrastructure
security.
Must I install IIS on my local system, or must all users having this
problem install IIS on their respective PCs.
