-------------------------------------------------------The conversion in our
small environment (7 production servers, 2 of
those being Exchange and 2 DCs (different machines)) went smoothly. My
only recommendation is to read everything MS has published on the whole
process.

-------------------------------------------------------We are in the
process of testing for our conversion to AD2003. so far (knock on wood)
things having been going by the book. Our rounds in the Testing
environment which fairly mimics production showed only minor issues all
of the related to our moving exchange to win2k3. The domain conversion
seem to be by the book.

I would recommend slip streaming SP1 and critical patches to decrease
the time frame and give you the SP1 I386...

-------------------------------------------------------Going to take the
plunge from W2K Active Directory to W2K3. Everything I've read and
everyone I've talked to said they've done it with no probs. Just
wanting to get the most opinions on it. Running Exchange
2003 on 2003 server and have Cisco Unity unified messaging as well.
