F I understand your description of the problem well, I think you will
only be able to see business phone, Office, Title and the company name
on the GAL directly, unless you get the full properties of a recipient
to see rest of details.
Also you may mean u can see nothing, thus you have to wait for the
offline address list to update if you are using Outlook 2003 in Cached
mode, Can u see those details directly in the GAL through OWA? If yes,
uncheck the cache option from your outlook, restart the outlook then
recheck the cache option again and check the GAL.

i have here very strange Problem,
i did some changes to the Active directory users , and i filled some
informations like, telephones, Website, etc....
Now, i am have some problems with it .
if one of my manager wants to see all the information , when he look to

GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST, HE CANT SEE ANY INFORMATION, WHILE IF HE CHOOSE ANY
USERS , HE WILL SEE ALL THE CHANGES.
MY QUESTIONS IS , HOW TO LET THE CHANGES OR THE INFORMATION APPEAR INT
