There are several products in the meta directory and synchronization
category.  Can you describe in more detail what functionality you require?
Something as simple as take all and replicate it to this directory over here
(and reverse) could be as simple as a script written by you.  Something that
needs to have business logic and synchronization might be better served with
a meta-directory product (such as the one from Microsoft or HP's product?).
