Is your smart host configured to allow relaying from the internal machine?
What are the nature of the NDR's? Are the messages still queuing or do they
bounce instantly? I get the impression from previous threads they bounce
instantly now.

OK, so, you have your SMTP Virtual Server configured to use a
SmartHost?, do you have any SMTP Connectors?, how is the SmartHost
entered (i.e. is it the FQDN of the server or the IP address of the
SmartHost?, can you ping the SmartHost?

I update the DNS and now I can see the SMTP banner which is the reply
from the SMTP server, I can do that also from outside ..
But still I am facing problem in sending emails It is always send me NDR
.. any help

Do you have DNS Queries open on your ISA server?, I am not really an ISA
expert but if you can telnet to my mail server from outside of your ISA
server and not from inside your ISA server, then it's a name resolution
issue, try this from your Exchange server:
telnet 66.67.177.133 25, if it comes back with the SMTP banner then it's
a DNS issue.

OK, well this looks like a firewall problem, do you have port 25 open on
your firewall, how is your internal DNS configured?

I configure the exchange server to IMS.
Now I can send email locally to any domain, and I can receive from them
and from outside
The problem I cannot send out side email, it will stay in the queue and
will send this :
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
and it will not deliver the email to outside hosts ..
I configure the SMTP virtual Server to have the smart host not in the
SMTP connector ..
