Exchange 2003 OWA and Outlook 2003

I have a problem that is just blowing my mind. I have a client that can
login to OWA and look at his calendar on specific dates and see his
appointments. That same date shows no appointments in Outlook. I've
tried this from a different machine but still get the same result. Any
suggestions? I checked for filters in Outlook but there are none
defined. TIA.
