Definitely a DNS issue.  Where is this change made (at the local
workstation, servers)?  Maybe trying doing a ipconfig /flushdns on all
affected stations and servers.

Guys Lately i changed the dns server ip number 
Old Dns Pri ANd SEc looks like this

192.168.100.16
192.168.100.23
 new one looks like this

192.168.100.16
209.226.175.237

Since i changed the Seconday Dns Ip users starts having problem is
accessing there mail . I have to perform ipconfig /release  then renew
it
works . Whent his happened i cannot ping DNS NAME even thought the dns
PRI
and SEC are correct.

What could it be
