Definitely a DNS issue. Where is this change made (at the local workstation, servers)? Maybe trying doing a ipconfig /flushdns on all affected stations and servers. I have to perform ipconfig /release then renew it works . Whent his happened i cannot ping DNS NAME even thought the dns PRI and SEC are correct.
