Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003 co-existing

Hi
I am upgrading to Exchange 2003 from Exchange 2000 by installing new
hardware with Win2k SP4 server and installing Exch2k3 on this.
Is there any documentation that gives what the post-installation steps are,
and how to do it step by step to move everything off the first server which
will be decommissioned.
I have looked on the Microsoft site at Exchange/Library and also the
deployment tool help, but non gives details on what the post installation
steps are to remove the 1st server.
Any help would be appreciated.
