ExMerge HELP!

Hi all,
I am in desperate need of your assistance.
I am running SBS2k and need to migrate from one box to another,
upgrading the server to a beefier machine.
I get the following error in my ExMerge Log:
[15:42:12] Copying data from mailbox 'John Doe' ('JOHND') on Server
'SERVER' to file 'C:\EXMERGEDATA\JOHND.PST'.
[15:42:12] Error opening message store (MSEMS). Verify that the
Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is running and that you
have the correct permissions to log on. (0x8004011d)
