[ExchangeList] EventID 10009 (DCOM)

Recently I got some DCOM error in system log when I
try to send mail to specific domains like:
hotmail.com, jijamould.com, ... as follows:
- DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer
bay0-mc2-f7.bay0.hotmail.com using any of the
configured protocols.
- DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer
mta554.mail.mud.yahoo.com using any of the configured
protocols.
- DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer
mxvip2.hichina.com using any of the configured
protocols.
Could you please help me on this to solve this
problem.
Sometimes the email will be deleivered to this domains
and sometimes not.
