"Failed to create the mailbox of /o= blah blah ......Recipients/cn=blah blah with error 0x50c" Event ID 1205. In the past I found these messages refered to old defunct users, and I could stop the messages by going to Active Directory Users and Computers and deleting the user. However, there is no record of this user any where, its not even a name I recognize.
