Is this when you are in a remote location?
Because that is what is happening to me and I can not figure it out. I've been
looking into for about 6 weeks.

I am getting Error in background synchronization message every time I try
synchronizing. I tried creating a new .OST file, repair office 2002
option. deleting ems*.* files and repairing office. It looks like problem
is with exchange server mailbox and its ost. Can anyone help me please.
