Found the info below when googling your issue... Obviously, you have
deleted something that shouldn't have. A restore of the data would
probably be your quickest fix - or you can try the suggestion below:
It probably all stems from the problems with ntds.nit.
I take it you cannot restore that file from a backup?
Well, if not, there are a few things you can try listed in this
Microsoft Article - most refer to repairing a problem with Active
Directory:
