Error accessing Public Folders using Outlook Web Access 2003

When we use OWA to access our single Exchange Server Standard 2003,
everything works, except when we try to access Public Folders. Then we
get the error message: "HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable". Using Outlook
they work fine, only OWA has problem. Any suggestions?
