Entourage 2004 Calendar issues

Guys and Gals,
I've been given the task of configuring Entourage 2004 for a user, and
configured it to fetch everything from OWA since I couldn't get it to
authenticate with my Domain Controller.
Everything works fine, except for the Calendar. The user can see reminders that
are sent to him or reminders that are created on his PC. However, he cannot
create or delete reminders from his Mac.
One thing that occurred to me was that we are on DST here, so there was a
little yellow note saying my timezone was incorrect. Brazil is GMT -3, so I set
Entourage's configurations to a zone that was GMT -2 and the note was gone. But
still, it shouldn't make a difference, right?
Any thoughts?
