Subject: [exchangelist] Document management software

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi everybody,
My problem is that my users are saving 3 years old emails in their outlook.
What is the recommended email document management software for Exchange 2000
sp3 that I can use to move or save the attachment and emails automatically
to another storage area and it can be accessible to them from outlook?

Thanks,
Ezzeldin
