RE: Display name for Outlook XP/Exchange 2000

change the name through the Active directory 
right clik on the particular name and change the display name quit easy 
it should work

Instead of having a temp use some one else's account, why not create a
account for the temp, and then allow that temp access to the user's account
and to send as?
