Dear Scott and Mark, You can make following change to Active Directory Schema using ADSIEdit 1. Start ADSI Edit 2. Expand Configuration Container 3. Goto CN=DisplaySpecifiers 4. Goto CN=409 5. On the right hand side pane double click CN=user-display 6. Select in box 'Select a property to view': createDialog 7. In the Edit Attribute box type %<sn>, %<givenName> 8. Press Set 9. Press Ok and now come out of ADSI Edit. give some time for replication and after that whenever you would create a new user the display name of the user would be in format Lastname, Firstname. The display names of existing users needs to be changed manually. If this does not address your issues then please let me know. Thanks. I will keep looking for a better solutions.
