Mike,
First you need to verify if this is an isolated case, or a bigger
problem. So, create a test user, and make sure that user is visible in
GAL. Also, for all testing I would run Outlook in Online mode rather
than cache mode. If the new user object is getting created fine and is
visible, I would think the particular DL is having some problem. In
this case, I would remove the Exchange attributes from the DL using the
ADUC, and then wait for an hour, and again reestablish the Exchange
attributes on the DL. This should refresh the DL properties in the AD
and GAL.
Let me know how it goes.

I tried that ... it has been 2-3 days since the list was created
(Sunday).
I have done a "Send/RFeceive?download Address Books" and I have even
found
and deleted the *.OAB files on the workstation (close Outlook, delete
the
OAB files, open Outlook). Still no luck.

It is as if the DL is invisible somehow, even though it should not be.
Is
there anything else that could cause a DL to be exclued from the GAL or
OAB?

Mike
