[ExchangeList] Creating Users In Active Directory & In Exchange 2003 through Excel

Hi,
I have read some where that we can create users in Active Directory and
mailbox for them in Exchange Server 2003 by using Microsoft Excel.
Does somebody knows this and what is the procedure for creating the same.
Any help in this will be highly appreciated.
