I have one user in a department who reports that he cannt send / recieve e-mails using outlook 2003, he gets an error message tells "You must be online to connect to srver" he gets this message whenever he try to check the name of the exchange server. I tried all the possible trouble shooting techniques but nothing helped, like : telnet the exchange server on port 25 but it gives "no connection" also OWA works. re-installing outlook doesnt work. re-activate his account doesnt work. his account on other's machines works. stoping some services related to a developments programs like oracle, doesnt work. Please i need help as soon as possible.
