no joke.....wait till monday.....when we are at work....not when we are

dear exchange experts
i have Windows 2000 Advanced server SP3
Exchange 2000 SP3 ( mail server )
i cannot start the SMTP virtual server ... it showing timly fashion 
i make it only ip address in the SMTP VS properties and  it used port 25
there is on other application used this port .. i chech by netstat -an
 
can some one guide me plz 
this is the error
