Hi Lettah,
do you have any AV for exchange (filter or smtp gateway)? They usualy
include ability to build your own antispam list or to use black lists
(although the second could make additional traffic on your net). You have
option to create antispam list on exchange (ESM>Global Settings>Properties
of Message Delivery>Filtering). If you use junk mail option in outlook it
will count if you set mailbox size limits, so your users could have
problem with it.
I use spam list on AV filter for exchange, and do not send any reports to
users nor senders.
