Do you have the veritas exchamge module?
With this module you can backup the store online

I am currently using Veritas backup 8.6 and do daily email backups. One
backup is done with the exchange services running and another is done
after taking services down - in this way I backup the edb files and
logs.
Is this the proper proceedure or is there a better way that any of you
know of?
