Auto-purge of email on Exchange 2000 ESM level?

Hi All

Does any one know if one can setup an auto-purge of
emails in a particular box, after a certain amount of
time, on the Exchange 2000 ESM level? 

So, if email in a box got to 200 megs, it would purge
a certain amount, or all of it, and then restart from
zero bytes?
