Yes, we have done a lot with AutoAccept here, and one thing we learned from MS is that UNLESS you book in the Resource field, the Autoaccept does not work if that user does not have a client up. In other words, if you check the Autoaccept for a person, and they have a client running, it will work, but if they are gone and their client is down, it just sits in their inbox. SO for rooms and other resources that do not typically have a client, you can 'Direct Book' but you must do so in the Resource field. -----Original Message----- From: Juan Ibarra [mailto:jibarra@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, February 20, 2002 10:36 AM To: Ohl, Julie Subject: RE: [exchangelist] RE: Auto acceptance I am using the Required Attendees field, should I be using the resources field? If I go to options, calendar options, resource scheduling and check the box to auto accept. However, when I schedule a meeting and invite this mailbox, it gets the email but will not auto accept it. any ideas. thanks Juan Ibarra Network Engineer Marimba, Inc. 650-930-5474 juan@xxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: j.ohl@xxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: jibarra@xxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
