Anyone seen this error before?

In Exchange system manager when I highlight any of my top level public
folders I get a pop up window with an error.
The window states
No Interface
id no. 80004002
Exchange system manager
I get two of these pop up.
Once I have ok'd these I then can click the properties of the public
folder tree but I don't get the replication tab ?
I also am not able to create any folder below the top level (the right
click option dpoes not appear)?
This happens with any public folder tree I have or create.
Any help would be appreciated.
