Hi Jethro Can you check your Recipient Update Service is configured correctly, make sure its pointing to a valid DC and Exchange server and that the run interval is set to Always. You can also turn up diagnostics logging for the msExchangeAL on the server and then force RUS to perform an update or rebuild and check the App Log for any errors, here are some links to articles about troubleshooting RUS: http://blogs.msdn.com/exchange/archive/2004/07/07/175444.aspx http://blogs.msdn.com/exchange/archive/0001/01/01/184356.aspx http://blogs.msdn.com/exchange/archive/2004/07/22/191513.aspx Mark Fugatt Dedicated Supportability Engineer (Exchange) Microsoft Services Organisation Desk: +44 (0)118 909 5630 Mobile: +44 (0)7966 858108 http://www.microsoft.com/support Dedicated to proactively supporting Microsoft's enterprise Customers This email may contain confidential information.
