Adress book

Is there a way to seperate the address books of each group of users
and set thier email client (Outlook 2003, Outlook 2000, OWA) to have
the default address list to be the address list set for that group.
For example Marketing have thier default address list to be members in
the marketing group but if they drop down the address book they can
see the other lists.
or the GAL different for each group?
