If you do not want to purchase a 3rd party program to add the disclaimer,
from what I understand the only way to do it is by creating an event sink
either with a VB Script (see Q317680) or with VB (Q317327).
If you can trust your users to use it all the time you can use the auto
signature in outlook but if you change the disclaimer everyone has to
change their autosignature.
