Active Directory and Exchange 2000 in a cluster

Does anyone know if it is possible to install active directory on a
Windows 2000 Advanced Server that will have Exchange 2000 and that will be
part of a cluster?  What are the pitfalls if any of such a configuration
if possible?  Thanks for any help.
