5.5 to e2k3

i have a 5.5 box that i am migrating to e2k3 i have the adc installed on
the domian controller the problem that i am having is that when i
replicate thepublic folders to e2k3 the permisiions do not work only admin
can access the folders and if i create the folder in e2k3 then 5.5 users
can access them
