Install a listserver. In saying that it's likely your internet
connection is the bottleneck.

I have Exchange 2000 installed on ML370 Sever 1 GB RAM and 1 GB speed, I
got to send 3000 e-mail in one time, but that makes a lot of delay to
all other e-mail is there anyway to tune up the server so it can send
those e-mail without any problem, and how?

thanks

The haggis is unusual in that it is neither consistently nocturnal nor
diurnal, but instead is active at dawn and dusk (crepuscular), with
occasional forays forth during the day and night.
