How can I prevent exchange from listening to tcp 110.you mean to say I
change the port on where exchange listen?what port do you suggest in
replacing smtp and pop?

Aside from the fact that Exchange is a POP server, yes it is possible.
Stability would be the main concern and you would obviously have to
prevent Exchange from listening on tcp 110.  The POP server would have
to either listen on tcp 25 or Exchange would have to; you'll need to
decide.


I'd personally just let Exchange be the POP server.  Would be a whole
lot simpler.
