[etni] the bagrut exam for LD students

Does the Ministry really expect weak 4 pointers with LDs to do the D unseen
and composition and the E module in half an hour or did I miss something in the
instructions? Also, are the LD students allowed a certain amount of time to
familiarize themselves with the test before the examiner actually starts to
test them? Would be grateful for advice on this?
