?external? students and the English team has/had no contact with the centre
where they are tested, nor with the invigilators. In this particular case, it
seems all the students protested, but no back-up disc was played for them. It
was quite out of our control. Perhaps invigilators should be reminded of
possible mishaps by whoever employs them. Nevertheless, thanks Rachel.
