Shiri asked whether a student can add new format modules to his/her old
bagrut, e.g.add modules D and E to an "old" three point bagrut to make it a
new format 4 point bagrut. I was an unequivocal answer to this question by
the chief inspector, it cannot be done. I am told that the same ruling
applies to maths. David Bar El.
