It just goes to show that: 1) There are no shortcuts--to achieve good results, more is needed than just teachers' hard work--funding specific programs for weak pupils absolutely MUST be done in order to achieve results 2) Class size DOES matter. I would LOVE to send this article on to Limor Livnat and Shlomo Dovrat--seriously! (could they handle the level of English?!)
