[etni] recommendations on Babylon milonit - MiloNET?

Moadim L'simcha,
A neighbour (11th grader) has asked me to get feedback if the milonit the
store is trying to sell him is good: the MiloNET (008) by Babylon.
Does it also have expressions? Phrasal verbs? Accurate translations? I told
him I'd ask for feedback from the field since I only have one or two
students with Babylon.
